For Japanese kimonos, obi belts, traditional shoes
and t-shirts

2. Fill the simple Order Form on the page
with following essential data for your order:
-your name
-e-mail address
-phone number (necessary for correct delivery)
-shipping address incl. country
-item's size or color (if necessary)
3. Press Submit
4. You will receive our thankful message as well as our PayPal
Invoice for the payment. In case you have not receive

For antique or vintage items of Japanese Art (expensive
items)
1. Select the items
2. Fill the simple Order Form on the page with following
essential data for your order:
-your name
-e-mail address
-phone number (necessary for correct delivery)
-shipping address incl. country
3. Press Submit
4. After a while, you will receive our confirmation
message with the total amount including shipping and
insurance costs. In case you have not receive our reply
within more then 12 hours, please do not hesitate to fill

and check your order status.
We will keep the item on-hold after sending our PayPal
Invoice to you, but no more than 3 days.
Delivery:
All merchandise will be shipped by express postal service
within 2-3 business days after receiving your payment. The
postal fee will be added in your order total as the shipping
charge. A shipping notification will be e-mailed to you
when your order has been shipped. We ship to all countries.
Unless otherwise specified we deliver the item ('s) by
Express Mail Service (EMS).
Import duties, taxes and other regulations vary from
country to country. These are the responsibility of the
recipient.
Return and exchange
policy:
For new item: we accept returned goods and exchange
item as long as we are notified within 3 days from the
date of parcel delivery.
We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened items
or items returned more than 10 days after shipment. Please,
send unused, unopened, undamaged items back to us within
3-5 days from the date of parcel delivery. We will
give a full refund of the cost of the product to you, with
the exception of the cost of shipping the item, US$15.00
for re-stocking and other charges applying for returning
procedure: custom, tax, administration fee, other.
You are responsible for returned items until we receive
them, so we recommend customers to insure their returned
items.
For vintage and antique item: all pieces are guaranteed
original and genuine. Vintage and Antique items are old,
so they are basically un-returnable.
We answer any questions and send more detailed pictures
if needed beforehand.
